For my recent stay, I found the hotel to be a well-maintained property with exceptional facilities and great service from the staff. The location is also quite convenient, as it's easy to access this city's main attractions from here. Facilities like the large indoor and outdoor pool and the lobby bar with a fireplace made it an ideal place for socialising and chilling out. The breakfast was fresh and abundant, providing many food options to choose from. Furthermore, I was pleased to see the hotel providing adequate parking facilities as well as clean and modern rooms.
Nothing not to love.

The hotel is just out of a small village (two minutes walk away), and really close to a variety of walks, ski centre and other rural mountain activities. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast included a good variety of freshly prepared choices.
As in most places in Greece, people smoke, even at breakfast, which is pretty dreadful and perhaps allocated smoking/non smoking areas could be allocated. It would also be good to have had more comfortable pillows, but they weren't too bad.

We liked the pool a lot, the fresh air, the large room with the comfortable beds and the good breakfast. The location of the hotel is poor, but if you do not mind of the bad road network you can visit great surroundings, like the cave of lakes or planitero village. The hotel is a good place to isolate and relax for the summer period and surely it is more alive on winter time
We didn't like that, though the hotel was almost empty, we were originally given a bad room, with a very small bathroom and furniture that looked like they were bought from an old country hospital. Thankfully after our request and the kindness of a very polite employee, named Evdokia, we were given another room that was much better and spacier. The rooms also do not have a private air condition unit but a central one, which didn't work well, plus the fridge has very low cooling power.Last, opposite of the hotel, there was a small construction site which was noisy and dusty during the day.

The place is clean and good value for money. The big + is the pool and the rather relaxed atmosphere.
The pool is not only the big plus of the hotel but can be also the big -. When we stayed there (August) was the meeting place of the locals (and the people from the surrounding villages), so if the weather allows it's packed with children and adults which create a very noisy and disturbing atmosphere (despite the hotel's policy). In addition, at night, around the pool there is a bar where, although the distance is safe from the hotel itself, all the people pass in front of your room which is rather noisy and disturbing to hear them coming and leaving at 01.00 shouting and laughing. The hotel management could have very easily prevent them from passing inside the hotel premises. Apart from that we could not find something else negative.
